These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website cdvcore.org (the "Website") and the educational products and services offered by CDV CORE LLC ("CDV CORE", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with its registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Place Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States. By using the Website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of our services: education only

CDV CORE is an education company. All content we provide, including courses, videos, articles, webinars, digital materials, and community discussions (collectively, the "Content"), is for educational and informational purposes only.

• We do not provide trading signals or trade recommendations.
• We do not recommend buying, selling, or holding any financial instrument.

4. Purchases, payments, and invoices

Payments are made online through our third-party payment processor. The price and terms of the course are communicated and agreed in writing before any payment is requested, and completing a payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of our Refund Policy. Payment is completed through a secure payment link or electronic invoice that we send to the email address you provide during enrollment. Access to Content is granted after payment is completed, and an invoice is issued for every purchase. We do not currently sell any subscription or auto-renewing products.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All Content is owned by or licensed to CDV CORE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Content for your own learning.
